Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Scenic Utah. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us – we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. You may choose to either receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included


Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping charges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
